Eagles Extend Sphere Las Vegas Residency Into 2027

· · 3 min read

Eagles Sphere Las Vegas residency performances will continue through January 2027, with 14 concerts scheduled across seven weekends beginning November 13, 2026. The classic rock band pairs a two-hour, 21-song career-spanning setlist with custom 360-degree immersive visuals inside the landmark Las Vegas venue.

Having originally launched their Sphere run in September 2024 as part of their Long Goodbye era, Don Henley, Joe Walsh, and Timothy B. Schmit—joined by Vince Gill and Deacon Frey, son of late co-founder Glenn Frey—have repeatedly added dates to meet ticket demand. All remaining shows take the stage at 8:30 p.m. PT with no opening act or intermission.

November performances are set for November 13–14 and November 27–28, followed by December 4–5 and December 11–12. In the new year, the band will play January 8–9, January 15–16, and January 22–23, drawing live entertainment travelers to the Strip throughout the winter holidays.

A 21-Song Setlist From Hotel California to Desperado

Running approximately two hours and 10 minutes, the concert opens immediately with “Hotel California,” accompanied by wraparound visual sequences inspired by the song’s iconic imagery. Early in the main set, the group performs “One of These Nights,” “Lyin’ Eyes,” “Take It to the Limit,” “Witchy Woman,” “Peaceful Easy Feeling,” and “Tequila Sunrise.”

Mid-show highlights weave together band classics such as “I Can’t Tell You Why,” “New Kid in Town,” “Seven Bridges Road,” “Already Gone,” and “Life in the Fast Lane” with solo and catalog staples. Those include Walsh’s “In the City,” “Life’s Been Good,” and James Gang anthem “Funk #49,” alongside Henley’s “The End of the Innocence” and “The Boys of Summer.”

After concluding the 17-song main set, the musicians return for a 20-minute, four-song encore featuring “Take It Easy,” “Rocky Mountain Way,” “Desperado,” and “Heartache Tonight.”

Fourteen weekend performances remain on the classic rock band’s Las Vegas residency schedule through late January.

Immersive Visual Production and Venue Logistics

Each track utilizes the venue’s wrap-around LED screen and beamforming audio system differently, shifting from towering cityscapes during “In the City” and underwater worlds on “The Boys of Summer” to desert horizons and archival band photography. Frequent concertgoers recommend the front row of the 200 level or central 300-level sections (305, 306, and 307) for an unobstructed view of both the stage and overhead dome, noting that rows 24 and higher in the 100 level have partial screen overhang.

Doors open at 7:00 p.m. PT, 90 minutes before showtime, with pedestrian bridge access available directly from The Venetian. Operating as a cashless, mobile-ticket-only venue with a strict 6-by-6-by-2-inch clutch limit, the Sphere residency offers classic rock fans 14 more opportunities to experience the band’s five-decade catalog.

A Defining Live Music Benchmark on the Las Vegas Strip

Since opening its doors, the Sphere has transformed Las Vegas concert economics by allowing legacy rock acts to stage multi-month residencies with stadium-scale production values and zero touring freight wear. For the Eagles, pairing five-part vocal harmonies with high-resolution wraparound cinematography has created a show that appeals equally to lifelong fans and younger visitors.

With 14 weekend performances remaining between November 13 and January 23, hospitality analysts expect strong hotel occupancy and ticket demand across the Strip throughout the winter corridor. Fans planning to attend are advised to secure seats early and arrive 90 minutes before the 8:30 p.m. PT downbeat.
